Job summary

Helping Hands Family in King of Prussia, PA seeks an Intake Coordinator to guide families through ABA service enrollment. This entry-level role is hybrid—two days at the Support Center and remote other days—requiring compassion, customer focus, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include educating prospective clients, coordinating admissions, gathering paperwork and insurance data, and maintaining PM/EMR data integrity to support the autism program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Previous healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Passion for helping families access support for their children.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the new patient intake phone line to educate prospective clients on services offered by Helping Hands Family.
• Communicate with clients in the admissions process on status, timelines and any additional information needed.
• Gather correct insurance information to determine covered services/verification of benefits.
• Work with families to collect required paperwork to start the intake process.
• Manage the PM and EMR systems for data integrity, including data entry and auditing.
