Job summary

The Calvary Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator in the Phoenix area to manage admissions and coordinate referrals. You will collaborate with patients, families, providers, and partners to ensure timely placement in our programs.

Role requires a focus on compliance, documentation accuracy, and compassionate communication. On-site role with opportunities for professional growth and training support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with no professional licensure.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's in Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services preferred, or 1 year related experience.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment.

Intake Coordinator Opportunity.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Summary of Duties:

To facilitate the admission process for prospective patients. This role manages incoming referrals, coordinates assessments and admissions, completes required admission documentation, and collaborates with patients, families, providers, and community partners to support timely and appropriate placement. The Intake Coordinator works under the direction of the Intake Director.
