Carports Anywhere is seeking a highly organized Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers. This full-time, on-site role supports sales and operations by quickly and accurately handling inbound calls, website inquiries, and email leads.

You will gather project details, enter data into our CRM, schedule consultations, and ensure all documentation is complete before order submission. A customer-focused mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, and email leads.
• Gather and verify customer project details (dimensions, location, specifications).
• Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system.
• Schedule consultations and route qualified leads to Sales.
• Communicate next steps clearly to customers.
