Job summary

Marian House seeks an Intake Coordinator to manage the complete and timely processing and coordination of referrals, screenings, assessments, admissions, and related documentation for individuals seeking services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, referral agencies, and community partners, ensuring smooth intake processes and accurate data handling to support women rebuilding their lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or related office functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or related field.
