The BridgeWay is seeking an Intake Coordinator to provide administrative support for the assessment team and to coordinate an efficient admission process for all patients. You will work with the Nursing Department and external clinicians to facilitate clinically appropriate admissions and input data into hospital systems.
Responsibilities include receiving referrals, verifying information, scheduling assessments, and performing clerical duties to support smooth operations.

We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to join our team. The Intake Coordinator provide administrative support for the assessment team by assuming the responsibility for the coordination of an effective, efficient admission process for all patients by receiving referrals, gathering and verifying pertinent information, and completing necessary procedures to schedule patients for assessments. This position works closely with the Nursing Department and external clinicians to facilitate the admission process for clinically appropriate patients. The Intake Coordinator also inputs statistical information into appropriate hospital systems and performs other clerical duties as needed to assist the department.

Licenses or Certifications: Current CPR and CPI; offered onsite
Total education, vocational training and experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. At least 1 year experience with insurance verification/billing preferred.
