Job summary

SierraVista is seeking an Intake Coordinator for night shifts to manage the front line of patient intake, schedule admissions, and coordinate with the Assessment and Referral Department. You will ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality, while supporting patients and families in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role offers 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), a $22 hourly wage, and full-time status with every-other-weekend rotations.

• Experience with medical intake or administrative duties preferred.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of medical administrative processes. As an Intake Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process while maintaining compliance with health regulations and confidentiality standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to quality patient care through effective management of patient information and seamless coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
