Job summary

Lathrop GPM LLP is seeking an Intake Analyst to support the firm’s client and matter intake processes across multiple locations, including San Jose, CA. Under the supervision of the Intake Manager, you will review new business forms, perform conflicts checks, and analyze risk to help the partnership maintain compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include conducting sanctions list screenings, researching prospective clients, and processing intake correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ related experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in conflicts or intake in a law firm.
• Strong research, analytical, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflicts checks for new client, matter, and parties intake forms.
• Research prospective clients and related parties using firm databases.
• Process conflicts checks for lateral hires and ensure approvals.
