Under supervision of the Intake Manager, you'll process intake forms, coordinate with attorneys and staff, and help ensure compliant, efficient onboarding of matters and representations.

Under the supervision of the Intake Manager, the Intake Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm’s client and matter intake process through the review, processing, and analysis of new business forms and conflicts checks. The Intake Analyst will handle requests and correspondence related to the firm’s client matter information. All responsibilities are expected to be performed with a commitment to providing excellent customer and risk management service to the partnership in a matter consistent with firm values.

Current anticipated salary range for applicants as required by applicable state law in MN is $65,000 - $82,000 depending on experience, actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range. Current anticipated salary range for applicants as required by applicable state laws is in CA is $78,000 - $98,000, actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range. Full comprehensive benefit plan including health care, retirement plan and paid days off, including PTO, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
