• Stock pantry and assist with unloading and sorting deliveries.
• Refer eligible clients to Pathway of Hope program.
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews for utility assistance.
• Complete case files within 24 hours and maintain daily stats.
• Prepare monthly program reports for coordinator.
• Enter client data in Service Point accurately and timely.
• Assist with Christmas Bureau and back-to-school programs.
• Build relationships with community organizations and referrals.
• Attend trainings and staff/quality improvement meetings.
• Maintain pantry/hallway cleanliness and drive when required.
