Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking an Intake Clinician in Charlotte, NC to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and connect clients with behavioral health services. Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or other human services field.
• Licensure: Must hold a current mental health license in North Carolina or associate license (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments with families and/or community agencies requesting services.
• Develop/evaluate the service plan to ensure that services are being delivered and are appropriate to the needs of the child and family.
• Assist in client enrollment and authorization for services.
• Engages and maintains community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and update status of referrals.
• Develop and review treatment and service plans.
• Coordinate with families, providers, and community partners.

Education
