We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Intake Clinician to join our team. This role is essential to our mission, completing comprehensive clinical assessments and linking clients with appropriate services. As an Intake Clinician with Carolina Outreach, you will lead assessments, and collaborate closely clients, families and/or their natural supports to assess strengths/needs, assist families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary needs.
