Job summary

Rolling Plains Management Corporation is seeking an Intake Clerk for the Community Services office in Abilene, Texas. This full-time hourly role supports all departments, greets guests, answers and routes calls, and manages messages with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse populations, with standard hours Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–3pm. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year full-time reception or clerical experience.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; typing 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct inquiries to support staff and staff communication.
• Answer and route incoming calls; act as a message center for the office.
• Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies and documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and provide accurate information to clients.
