You’ll support multiple departments, manage calls, greet visitors, and coordinate information flow. Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, one year of clerical experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of full-time reception/clerical experience.
• Experience with multi-line phones and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors; answer questions to support communication among staff.
• Answer phone and route messages; act as receptionist for the office.
• Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies; handle documents.
• Provide information and referrals to clients; protect confidentiality.
