Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Intake / Billing Specialist at Inner Journey Counseling. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the flexibility to work from home. The Intake / Billing Specialist will handle client intake processes, manage insurance verifications and authorizations, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include recording client information, addressing inquiries, processing billing, managing accounts receivable, and communicating with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing issues.
