GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Intake Attorney to guide clients through the intake process, conduct initial consultations, and help identify strong cases under the direction of the Senior Intake Attorney.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience facilitating the intake process.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the intake of potential new clients.
• Conducting consultations with potential new clients.
• Reviewing and analyzing new potential cases for approval by leadership.
• Notifying the Executive Team about new cases daily.
• Monitoring the reception area for visitors and staff, ensuring quality assurance.
• Reviewing all cases completed by Intake Specialists for accuracy.
• Conducting courtesy calls for non-qualifying clients on behalf of the Firm.
• Meeting with clients offsite and gathering information as needed.
