The Richard Harris Law Firm in Las Vegas seeks a motivated legal professional to join our plaintiff personal injury team. The candidate will handle high-volume intake, sign retainers, and coordinate with attorneys to move cases forward.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Nevada State Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to manage 250–300 pre-lit cases.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in office signups and manage intake.
• Process requests for attorneys and sign retainers.
• Support intake in closing cases and bringing in new cases.
• Speak with new callers who request to speak with an attorney.
• Make welcome calls to new clients and convert intake into matters.
• Manage team assignments and verify referrals.
• Attend monthly Intake Numbers meetings and prepare content.
• Support intake with questions on complex or unusual cases.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Richard Harris Law Firm is Nevada's largest and one of the most respected plaintiff personal injury practices in the country. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing. Candidates must have a good work ethic, the ability to practice law in a caring and professional manner and to work as part of a team.

We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, focused, able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Client welcome interactions with in-office signups.
• In-Office requests for attorneys.
• Signature of retainers and other needed documents.
• Support intake agents with closing cases and bringing in a new case.
• Speak with new callers that request to speak with an attorney.
• Make welcome calls to all new clients.
• Convert intake into matters.
• Managing team assignments.
• Referral verification process.
• Attend and participate in the monthly Intake Numbers meeting and prepare content as needed for that.
• Support Intake with questions and directions of complex or unusual cases.
• CCNS at Intake and drop letters.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Ability to manage approximately 250-300 pre-lit cases.
