Randstad USA seeks an experienced Intake & Referral Attorney to support our growing personal injury practice. You will guide the intake team, ensure excellent client onboarding, and cultivate nationwide referral partnerships.

The role combines legal acumen with client service and relationship-building to drive national expansion and robust referral revenue.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in personal injury.
• Nice to have: Spanish fluency, client-facing legal experience, and familiarity with Lexamica.

Responsibilities

• Guide intake team in evaluating potential personal injury cases and determining case viability.
• Provide legal guidance and help streamline the client onboarding process.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral attorneys and partners nationwide.

$100,000–$130,000 Base + 10% Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Intake & Referral Attorney to help grow a thriving personal injury practice. You’ll guide the intake team in evaluating potential cases, help ensure an excellent client experience, and build strong relationships with referral partners nationwide.
