University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Care Center Specialist to support intake processes, scheduling, and referrals at our freestanding psychiatric hospital serving North Texas. This full-time role involves coordinating assessments, processing intake paperwork, verifying benefits, and assisting Admission Clerks to ensure a smooth admission flow.
A Bachelor’s degree in a human-related field and prior hospital intake experience are preferred.

Intake Specialist FT
The Care Center Specialist is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls. Assist the Care Center Intake Counselors, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information. Work with Admission Clerk to ensure smooth transition into the admission process.
