Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking an Intake Specialist to coordinate the intake process for individuals receiving services. You will represent Beacon to referral sources, screen applicants, manage meet-and-greet and pre-placement activities, and prepare intake and admission reports.

The role includes CRM updates and timely data reporting to support admissions decisions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of admissions experience in health care or human

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of admissions experience in health care or human services setting.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake process for referrals and admissions.
• Represent Beacon to potential referral sources and attend fairs/meetings.
• Update CRM and generate intake/admission reports.
• Screen applicants and determine eligibility based on criteria.
• Maintain a referral database and ensure timely data entry.
