Job summary

Ohel Children's Home and Family Services is seeking a motivated individual to join our Access Team in Brooklyn. The role focuses on providing information, linking clients to services, and coordinating intake with multiple departments.

The position requires strong customer service and communication skills, experience with referrals, and proficient computer abilities. A BA/BS is preferred and bilingual capabilities are a plus, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide services to inquiries that come through our Access department and coordinate with various departments throughout the agency.
• Process referrals in our centralized database, follow‑up with appropriate services.
• Obtain and review applicant information, and participate in both in‑reach and outreach services.
• Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, clinical sophistication, and proficient computer skills.
