Autism Treatment Center seeks an Intake & Access Coordinator to serve as the centralized contact for families pursuing outpatient therapy across Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio locations. This full-time role moves families from initial inquiry through assessment and start of treatment with white-glove service.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare intake, insurance verification or patient access.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• Familiarity with commercial/private insurance.
• Lumary or similar EMR experience preferred.
• ABA/pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new referrals and family inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate and schedule tours, assessments and initial appointments.
• Obtain insurance authorizations for assessment and ongoing treatment.
• Maintain consistent communication with families throughout intake.
• Manage referral pipeline across ABA, Speech Therapy and OT.
• Track and report key pipeline KPIs (referral volume, response time, conversion, authorizations).
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to remove barriers to access.
