Job Duties
- Complete client assessments, develop strength-based service plans, use the SACWICS data system, and coordinate services with community resources.
- Provide crisis intervention and assist families in locating employment, housing, daycare, and meeting basic needs.
- Arrange and/or provide transportation for families to school or medical appointments.
- Participate in court proceedings on behalf of the child and family, including testimony, hearings, compiling court records, and acting as a liaison with multiple public and private agencies.
- Engage in home‑based service experience; CWEL licensure preferred.
- Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with external collaborators; research issues and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate project management, organizational, and analytical skills; possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written, listening, documentation, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities. Position encompasses multiple counties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of field experience (preferred).
- CWEL - Child Welfare Licensure (preferred).
