Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Insured Solutions Director to lead sales of insurance-based products (annuities, life, disability, P&C) within a defined territory. You will collaborate with Regional Management, Product teams and Financial Advisors to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth while upholding the firm’s values.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep knowledge of the insurance product space, and the ability to present at regional and client events.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7, 63, 65 (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Insurance license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Advanced designations are preferred.
• 5+ years in Annuity & Insurance industry as wholesaler/sales manager.
• Deep understanding of Morgan Stanley’s branch network and Financial Advisors.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activity across Insurance products in assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and develop plans with Home Office and Regional Management.
• Ensure territory coverage through data-driven segmentation and analysis.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to identify opportunities and connect with resources.
• Manage initiatives leveraging Salesforce and regional events.
