• Assist patients in making discharge arrangements for patient responsibility.
• Screen for government assistance programs and Charity/Discount policies.
• Coordinate with Case Management for Medicaid authorizations as needed.
• Maintain effective verbal/written/telephone communication; mathematical accuracy
