Nemadji, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to investigate hospital accounts remotely and manage patient eligibility documentation. You will update account statuses according to established protocols while coordinating with hospital systems and payers.

The role emphasizes accuracy in a high-volume setting, with a focus on insurance payers, billing rules, and timely documentation. This full-time position offers strong benefits and opportunities for certification during the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: medical office experience in registration or patient accounts.
• Ability to obtain CRCS-I or CPAR in first year of employment.

Requirements

Required Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Experience: Medical office experience in registration and/or patient account systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Understanding of medical insurance payers


• Understanding of medical billing rules and practices


• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment balancing speed and accuracy

Required Qualification

Ability to obtain a professional certification, such as CRCS-I or CPAR during first year of employment (study materials and test provided)
