West Coast Dental Services is seeking friendly Insurance Verification Representatives to work out of our Insurance Verification Center in Torrance, CA. The role involves contacting insurance carriers to verify active dental benefits and communicating findings to dental offices and patients.

A strong focus on customer service and clear communication is essential. Candidates should understand dental terminology, CDT codes, and be comfortable navigating insurance breakdowns, with prior dental front

Qualifications

• Must understand dental terminology and insurance breakdowns.
• Knowledgeable with HMO and PPO dental insurance plans.
• Able to verify patient eligibility for dental insurances.
• Able to understand CDT codes for Dental Insurance.
• Previous dental front office or insurance billing experience is a plus.

Dental Insurance Verification Representative

West Coast Dental is seeking friendly, energetic, and detail orientated Insurance Verification Representatives to work out of our Insurance Verification Center in Torrance, CA. As a Dental Insurance Representative, you will contact insurance carriers by phone and online to verify patient’s active dental benefits.
