Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, patient education, and collaborative treatment with dentists across multiple Southern California locations. The position offers $50–$65 per hour and production-based bonuses, with flexible scheduling that may include Monday–Saturday availability.

You’ll join a growth-focused team with modern digital systems, strong back-office support, and ongoing mentoring and continuing education.

• Active state dental hygiene license (accredited program required)
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to continued learning
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical guidance
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams for coordinated care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and insurance options (PPO, HMO, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical compliance standards
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
