Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking an Insurance Verification Representative to verify patients' dental benefits from our Verification Center in Torrance, CA. You will contact insurers by phone and online, complete verification forms, and relay details to dental offices and patients with clear, friendly communication.

Ideal candidates understand dental terminology, CDT codes, and know how to navigate HMO and PPO plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand dental terminology and insurance breakdowns.
• Knowledgeable with HMO and PPO dental insurance plans.
• Able to verify patient eligibility for dental insurances.
• Able to understand CDT codes for Dental Insurance.
• Previous dental front office or insurance billing experience is a plus.

Dental Insurance Verification Representative

West Coast Dental is seeking friendly, energetic, and detail orientated Insurance Verification Representatives to work out of our Insurance Verification Center in Torrance, CA. As a Dental Insurance Representative, you will contact insurance carriers by phone and online to verify patient's active dental benefits.
