The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, five years in acute care, and at least three years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or four years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Five years of acute care hospital or health system admitting department/access experience and/or call center experience.
• Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Three years of supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of Insurance Verification and Authorizations staff and ensure timely processing.
• Develop and implement objectives, budgets, and policies to support IV/Auth services and patient financial counseling.
