Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing the front desk at a hospital, physician practice or similar setting
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Hospital/Physician Billing or Practice Management
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance verification, financial clearance and authorization workflows
• Monitor KPI performance and productivity of the team
• Provide training and coaching to staff as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across the team
• Prepare and review daily/weekly reports and logs
• Communicate with front-desk leadership on scheduling changes
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and security policies
