Capco in Chicago is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Insurance practice to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes change management, executive storytelling, and governance with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.

You will collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to deliver sustainable change and measurable business value, while managing plans, risks, and communications throughout the programme lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of client-facing experience, with consulting and/or financial services preferred.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives within Insurance or another Financial Services domain.
• Experience leading organisational change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes, ensuring successful execution against strategic objectives.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic narratives communicating transformation vision, progress, and outcomes.
• Partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable organisational change and business value.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and communications while maintaining relationships across stakeholders.
