Qualifications

• College degree or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities with energy to complete assignments on computer.

• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Learn workflows and best practices of the customer service side of the insurance industry.
• Route policy documents and client notices; navigate carrier websites for information.
• Follow up with carriers for pending policy changes and cancellations.
• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance and issue certificates.
