Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. is seeking a Tele-Service Representative in Omaha, NE. The role handles incoming calls, answers questions about new business, issued policies and claims, and documents interactions for multi-department follow-up.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a $500 hiring bonus for eligible employees after 90 days. Training starts October 5, 2026, to prepare new hires for customer service and policy administration.
