Job summary

Physicians Mutual is seeking a Tele-Service Representative (TSR) to handle incoming calls from customers, answer questions about new business, issued policies and claims, and document calls while preparing eMEMs for other departments. This role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and efficient information gathering.

Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a $500 hiring bonus for eligible employees after 90 days of employment. Training starts October 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Interact with callers to determine the nature of their inquiry.
• Promote products and services and document information for processing.
• Follow procedures to process calls and initiate plan changes as requested.
• Provide requested materials and assist with billing notices and policy copies.
• Answer inquiries about benefits and claim status and route complex cases as needed.
• Refer eMEMs to other departments to complete service requests.
