Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a technology-enabled transformation professional to guide insurers’ digital initiatives. You’ll work with client teams to translate business needs into Guidewire-based and frontend solutions, bridging architecture, data, and integration across systems.

You’ll advise on best practices, lead design and implementation efforts, collaborate across engagements, and travel to client sites as required, contributing to a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech with 5+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, and Web services.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; travel to client sites.
