Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Experience with Guidewire or other insurance tech platforms and client-facing advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and align requirements with technology architecture.
• Lead analyses of business requirements for alignment with architecture and implementation plans.
