Job summary

KKR is seeking a Principal, Technology Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Commercial and Risk to own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions across pricing, product design, and risk management for the Insurance portfolio.

You will lead a team of product managers and delivery leads, partnering with Commercial, Actuarial Pricing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to drive modernization and AI-enabled transformation of pricing and risk workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in system implementations, product management, technology delivery, or transformation roles
• Proven track record of building and leading product and delivery teams across large insurance programs
• Experience partnering with engineering teams, vendors, and systems integrators in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Commercial and Risk technology stack
• Drive prioritization and governance of the Insurance Commercial and Risk technology portfolio
• Stay current on trends in pricing tech, actuarial modeling, and AI-driven risk solutions
• Partner with Commercial, Actuarial Pricing, Product Development, Capital Markets, and ERM teams to translate requirements into scalable tech
• Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads and oversee end-to-end lifecycle of platforms
• Drive AI-enabled pricing and risk transformation with governance and measurable impact
