Job summary

KKR seeks a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Finance & Accounting to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions powering close-to-report, regulatory reporting, and FP&A. You will partner with CFO/CAO and Insurance Finance leadership to modernize platforms, ensure governance, and drive AI-enabled automation across global finance processes.

Qualifications

12+ years in system implementations, product management, or technology delivery in financial services
Experience leading Insurance Finance & Accounting tech programs
Experience partnering with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting within insurance finance

Responsibilities

Define and own a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Finance & Accounting
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for Insurance Finance & Accounting platforms
Lead modernization and AI-enabled transformation across finance technology
Partner with CFO/CAO and finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions
Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across platforms
Monitor adoption and performance, driving continuous improvement
