Job summary

KKR is seeking a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Commercial and Risk to own end-to-end strategy, roadmap and delivery of technology powering pricing, product design, and risk management. Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads across a modern pricing platform, ALM and capital management tools.

Collaborate with commercial, actuarial, finance and risk leaders globally to drive AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

12+ years in system implementations, product management or technology delivery within insurance
Proven track record of leading product and delivery teams at scale
Experience partnering with engineering teams, vendors, and systems integrators

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Commercial and Risk technology stack.
Drive prioritization and governance of the Insurance Commercial and Risk technology portfolio.
Partner with commercial, actuarial pricing, product development, finance, and risk teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads for Insurance Commercial and Risk platforms.
Drive modernization and AI-enabled transformation across pricing, product design, and risk management workflows.
