Job summary

KKR seeks a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Data and AI to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions powering KKR's policy, investments, actuarial data, and analytics capabilities.

You will build and lead a team of product managers and delivery leads, partner with Data Operations, Actuarial, Investments, Underwriting Analytics, Legal and Compliance, and drive modernization, governance, and responsible-AI-enabled transformation across global insurance

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering enterprise data and AI platforms for insurance or financial services.
Deep understanding of data governance, MLOps, and analytics lifecycle across policy, investments and actuarial domains.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global product and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Data and AI platforms.
Drive prioritization and governance of the technology portfolio with a focus on data quality and platform modernization.
Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads; oversee end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Partner with Data Operations, Actuarial, Investments, Underwriting Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Technology leaders.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities with governance and measurable impact across the portfolio.
Monitor adoption, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
