Chris Baldwin - State Farm Agent in Mountain Home, ID is seeking an Insurance Staff Position - Team Member to help clients with insurance options through value-based conversations and excellent service.

As part of a busy agency, you will establish relationships, respond to inquiries about coverage, eligibility, and billing, and educate clients using a needs-based review process while pursuing required licenses and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
