Chad Mann - State Farm Agent in Beckley, WV is seeking an Agent Team Member to build lasting customer relationships and provide excellent service while promoting State Farm insurance and financial services. You will handle inquiries, educate clients on options, and support day-to-day agency goals.

This role offers a base hourly pay with commissions/bonuses, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $22,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
