McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh Agency, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to strengthen our retail insurance quality controls and compliance. You will conduct QA reviews, communicate with stakeholders, and help implement improvements across the team, with a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, deliver timely results, and support ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• P&C Insurance License.
• Commercial Insurance Experience
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Prior Quality Assurance auditing experience.

As our Senior Quality Insurance Analyst on the McGriff Specialty Team, you'll conduct quality assurance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement or potential compliance-related deficiencies within retail insurance. The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,100 to $104,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
