Contract 3 Months

Timings Mon - Fri between 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, and 11am - 8pm (Candidates need to be available for all shifts, will most likely be the 11am - 8pm shift)

Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Patient Authorization Rep obtains required referral clearance documentation, verifies insurance benefits, obtains reauthorizations and completes quality assurance audits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES

Obtaining authorizations or overrides as needed
Negotiates pricing as necessary and authorizes patient services.
Phone, Fax, and/or email interactions with payers, patients, and physicians to verify monthly Eligibility Verifications.
Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisor to ensure that best practices are shared.
