• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle

Responsibilities

• Refine documentation for clarity and consistency
• Analyze customer requests to assess system impacts
• Expand industry knowledge of insurance products
• Gather data from multiple sources to develop business solutions
• Evaluate potential solutions and tradeoffs
• Implement standard and non-standard customer requirements
• Identify and analyze problems and propose solutions
• Manage day-to-day issues with minimal oversight
