Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong Personal Lines P&C background to bridge product and business teams. You will own requirement analysis, document and validate specs, and support SIT/UAT testing with a focus onTraceability and quality within a Guidewire environment.

You will work with Product Owners, IT, and EY to ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and testable, driving clear specifications for development and pricing considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in personal lines P&C insurance.
• BA with testing, requirements, traceability.
• Experience with Jira/SmartSheets/Excel for spec documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support R1 SIT/UAT testing; develop test cases and triage defects.
• Map business requirements to test cases and ensure coverage.
• Translate R2 specs into development-ready requirements.
• Perform defect root-cause analysis and trace back to requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and EY Guidewire team.
