Mercy Springfield in Springfield, MO is seeking an Insurance Services Representative I to manage insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims, with emphasis on accuracy and timely resolution. This hybrid, full-time role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing experience is preferred, with a commitment to Mercy's values.
