Responsibilities include answering calls, reviewing policies, noting communications in ECRM, and guiding customers to the right team for policy initiation; compensation includes salary, commissions, and benefits.

This role requires P&C license, completion of State Farm training, and active pursuit of Life/Health licensing;

Qualifications

• Must have a Property and Casualty state insurance license.
• Complete State Farm training and obtain agreement within the first two weeks of employment.
• Initiate Life and Health licensing process within 60 days if not already licensed.
• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized relationships with clients.
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Keep a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
• Recommend other lines of insurance by suggesting available products.
• Ask for referrals and reviews.
• Conduct policy reviews.
• Track personal monthly commissions.
• Note every communication with clients in ECRM.
• Direct clients to Sales or Hybrid Team when a policy needs to be initiated.
• Support Sales Team with underwriting memos, tasks, cases, documents, and follow-up.
