We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our district office and shape the next generation of agents.

The Role

As our Sales Manager and Trainer, you'll lead a group of associate agents from their first day to their first milestones and beyond. You'll teach product, sharpen sales skills, and coach each person toward a confident, consistent practice. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves seeing others succeed and knows how to turn potential into production.

• Experienced in training, coaching, or managing sales professionals
• Farmers Insurance experience strongly preferred

• Active California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain
