Pay Range: For an Insurance Sales Representative, starting at $14+ hourly

Our compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses!

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

  • Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet production targets.
  • Accurately handle all currency transactions and timely deposit of funds with documentation in our system.
  • Quickly connect with clients, build relationships, and advise on suitable products.

The Perfect Match:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively
  • Ambitious with a desire for advancement
  • Excellent communication skills
